How would you like to engage us?


I have excess or underutilised land.
We partner with residential and commercial landowners looking to either develop their property to utilise the land better, or reduce their land through subdivision. In a nutshell, we’ll orchestrate the developments and/or subdivision, the construction of how ever many properties are required, and the property sales. Then, we’ll split the profits on a previously agreed upon percentage.
This is a highly personalised experience dependent on many factors. The specifics of your development or subdivision will be explored and discussed with you when you contact us.

I want to sell for the maximum amount.
Renovating to sell can be an excellent income source for homeowners and commercial property owners. We’ll start with an evaluation of your property to determine whether a renovation, or knockdown and subdivide will yield you the best return. Then, we’ll invest in your project — and manage it from beginning to end — for a split of the revenue generated as a result of our involvement.



I have dormant funds I want to invest.
Rather than have your funds chewed up by inflation in a bank account, you can generate a lump sum or ongoing return on investment through property development. Considering your investment amount and property preferences (if any), we’ll go in with you as partners for a property development with a sustainable financial outcome.
Whatever the opportunity looks like — subdivision, renovation, expansion, etc. — we’ll handle everything from start to finish. Your funds are in good hands, because they’re with our funds, too.
